Welcome

Thousand Islands Emergency Rescue Service is the 9-1-1 ambulance service provider for the towns of Clayton and Orleans in Jefferson County, New York. Our response district is 154 square miles of mostly rural terrain and encompasses a large portion of the St. Lawrence River along the US/Canadian border.

We staff paid paramedics 24/7/365 and supplement the capabilities with paid and volunteer Emergency Medical Technicians and drivers.

As a 501c3 non-profit charitable organization, TI Rescue is committed to community service and excellence by initiating programs in public health and safety awareness, and our assistance to neighboring towns helped make us the New York State Department of Health’s 2008 EMS Agency of the Year. TI Rescue proudly sponsors this website to share our mission.
